The pipe is connected to the post in which the shaft of the blade is inserted. The hole is pierced to move the blade in vertical and horizontal direction from the ground.

The cutoff unit cuts off air flowing backward. The pipe is connected to both ends of the drain pipe. The water supply port cutoff valve cuts off a water supply. The siphon is formed in the drain pipe.
