A squeegee inserting part(30) includes an inserting hole(31) for fixing a squeegee(40). The inserting hole(31) is formed at a lower end of the squeegee inserting part(30). The inserting hole(31) includes an inclined surface, which is used for allowing the squeegee(40) to be easily inserted into the inserting hole(31). The inserting hole(31) includes a plurality of fixing protrusions(32) such as a locking protrusion for allowing the squeegee(40) to be inserted into the inserting hole(31) while preventing the squeegee(40) from being easily separated from the inserting hole(31).

    • 본 고안은 원단에 다양한 무늬,모양을 날염하기 위한 날염기용 스퀴이지홀더에 관한 것이다.
      현재 널리 사용되고 있는 볼트식 스퀴이지홀더의 구성을 살펴보면 합성수지 및 스테인레스강으로 된 판에 스퀴이지를 스퀴이지고정판으로 물리고 볼트로 결합하는데, 생산공정상 나사구멍을 뚫어야하는 후가공으로 인해 생산성이 저하되며 또한, 볼트식의 스퀴이지홀더는 여러부재로 이루어져 생산원가가 비싸지는 문제가 있었다.
      그리고, 볼트식의 경우 장시간 날염작업에 의해 마모되는 스퀴이지를 교체하여야 하는데, 우선 볼트를 해체하여야 하나 볼트에 침투한 염료가 굳어짐으로 볼트의 해체가 용이하지 않아 스퀴이지를 교체하기 어려운 문제도 있었다.
      이에 본 고안은 스퀴이지홀더를 일체로 압출성형하여 스퀴이지삽입부 하단에 형성된 삽입홈으로 스퀴이지를 끼우되, 상기 삽입홈에 스퀴이지를 고정하는 다수의 고정돌기를 양측면에 형성한 것으로써 공장생산시 불필요한 후가공 공정을 제거해줌으로서 생산성을 향상시키고 일체의 스퀴이지홀더를 사용하여 원가를 저하시키는 한편, 장시간 날염작업으로 인해 마모되는 스퀴이지를 교체할 때 교체가 편리하도록 한 것이다.

By the present invention, an ESD tape with a superior surface resistance of 103-105 Ω, having substantially higher conductivity than the conventional ESD tape, can be obtained. The ESD tape of the present invention can be widely used to replace the conventional ESD tape in various fields of industry where electronic parts used for semiconductors, displays, vehicles, satellite communication, etc. may malfunction or be broken due to static electricity.
