摘要： PURPOSE: A buffer stop block for a harbor is provided to prevent damage of floor concrete in installation positions due to deformation of anchors and facilitate maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A buffer stop block for a harbor comprises an embedded base frame(10), anchors(20), nuts(30), a block body(40), a filler, and end plates(60). The embedded base frame is embedded on the ground and has a insertion portion and through-holes(10b). The insertion portion is extended in both sides of the bottom of the block body in longitudinal direction. The through-holes are arranged in the center of the inside. The anchors are inserted into the through-holes and penetrate the ground in order to fix the embedded base frame on the ground. The nuts are coupled to the upper part of the anchors inside the embedded base frame and to fix the anchors and the embedded base frame. A fastening plate portion(41) of the block body is inserted into the insertion portion to be coupled with the embedded base frame.

摘要： Provided is a manufacturing method of a colored fender with various colors and the colored fender manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of a colored fender comprises a step of preparing rubber composition with desired color by forming a mixture formed of a color pigment, a stabilizer, a reinforcing agent, and a vulcanization accelerator; a step of forming a liquid mulled product by mulling the rubber composition with a mixer; a step of putting the mulled product into the inlet hopper of a conveyer, receiving the torque of a driving motor, and supplying the same to an inlet cylinder through a screw rotating in a transfer pipe; a step of injecting the mulled product into a flow hole by lifting up the injection cylinder through a first oil pressure cylinder when a lower mold with a lower molding foam and a plurality of coupling-hole-forming protrusions and an upper mold with an upper molding foam, the flow hole, and a plurality of buffering space-forming protrusions are attached to each other; a step of molding the mulled production into the shape of a fender with a plurality of inner coupling holes and a plurality of buffering spaces by cooling and solidifying the mulled product injected into the lower mold and the upper mold; and a step of blowing down the colored fender from the lower mold by separating the upper mold and the lower mold by moving down a second oil pressure cylinder. The anchors are inserted into the through-holes of the base frame to fix the base frame on the ground. The nuts are coupled to the upper part of the anchors in the inside of the base frame to fix the anchors in the base frame. The block body is filled with the filler and the end plates are coupled to the block body and the base frame to cover the left and the right sides of the base frame and the block body.
