摘要： The present invention relates to rice cake to alleviate diabetic symptoms and a manufacturing method thereof. The rice cake to alleviate diabetic symptoms can treat and alleviate obesity and diabetes by eating yacon together which is good to treat diabetes, and artichokes and burdocks which are good to treat obesity when a diabetic casually eats rice cakes as a snack.
