To achieve the purpose, the wire processing device according to the present invention comprises: a wire; a supporting part including a support frame for supporting the wire; and a fixing part for fixing both ends of the wire being processed while strained; and a cutting part including a cutter for partially cutting the wire in a widthwise direction and a cutter driving device. The driving device of the cutting part includes a first driving device for forming the resisting element on the wire by moving so that the blade of the cutter can conduct a first swing movement while forming an arciform trajectory after contacting obliquely with the wire.

The power generator connected to the output shaft generates electricity by using the pneumatic forces.
