    • 본 발명은 기계분야의 생산기술분야에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 자세하게는 단면이 원형이 아니거나 일정하지 않은 봉을 회전시키면서 이송하는 장치와 이를 이용한 열처리장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명에 따른 봉의 열처리장치는 열처리대상인 봉들을 적치하여 순차 연속공급하는 스텝피더(10, step feeder), 상기 스텝피더(10)로부터 공급된 봉을 한쪽 방향으로 일정한 속도로 수평 이송시키는 이송장치(20), 상기 이송장치(20)에 의해 이송된 봉을 정해진 위치로 안내하는 안내부(30), 상기 안내부(30)를 거쳐 온 봉을 회전시키면서 진행시키는 회전이송장치(40), 상기 회전이송장치(40)에 의해 회전하면서 진행되는 봉을 고주파 전자기파로 가열시키는 가열부(50), 그리고 가열된 봉을 냉각시키는 냉각부(60)를 포함하여 구성된다.
      본 발명인 봉의 회전이송장치 및 이를 이용한 봉의 열처리장치는 원형의 단면형상은 물론 타원형 단면형상 및 원형과 타원형의 이중의 단면형상을 가지는 비원형 단면형상의 봉들에 대해서도 균일하고 연속적인 열처리를 가능하게 하고, 열처리에 있어 품질과 생산성을 크게 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary feeder for rods comprises a driving roller(41) which is connected to an electric device and installed at an angle, a support roller(42) which presses a rod against the driving roller, roller frames(43) in which the driving roller and the support roller are installed to rotate, a connecting spring(44) which connects the roller frames, and an outer frame(45) in which the roller frames are installed. Each roller frame comprises a plate, front and rear brackets which fasten the axes of the driving roller and the support roller, and a guide bar which guides the up and down motions of the driving roller and the support roller.

CONSTITUTION: An aperture type variable valve comprises a annular iris frame(10), a plurality of throttle plates(20), a reconstruction spring(30), and a control wire(50). A plurality of throttle plates it is arranged in a round shape and constitutes an iris. The reconstruction spring is combined in the rear side of the throttle plates and keeps the iris open. The control wire adjusts the opening area of the iris. The control wire is wound in the in-between of the body of the iris. The outlet of the iris is controlled by pulling and releasing the control wire.

Data meaning a state of a browser or network resource, a generated event or measuring time are created(205). The created data are encoded as one transmitting character row with a variable name to be transmitted to a server.
