The circular saw cutting machine comprises a saw blade vibration-preventing unit comprising a pair of vibration blocks oppositely arranged; a braking unit removing backlash generated between a final stage gear and a front stage gear in starting to cut the object by a saw blade by braking the final stage gear of a saw drive part; and a coolant supply unit having nozzles for mist for supplying a coolant of a mist shape and nozzles for liquid for supplying a liquid coolant, and selectively using the nozzles.

    • PURPOSE: A sized cutting method for heat sink material and device therefor is provided to cut a substrate part of a heat sink material accurately and quickly to a length required for a heat sink as a product. CONSTITUTION: A stopper(6) is used to abut the root portion of a leading fin(2a) in a leading fin group(3) in a reference position beyond a cutting position(CP) from the forward side thereof in a heat sink material feed direction and thus limit a leading fin-side reference length(alpha) of a substrate part(1). A pusher(7) is used to push the heat sink material(M) so that the stopper abuts the root portion of the leading fin. With the stopper first positioned in the reference position, the pusher causes the stopper to abut the root portion of the leading fin of the leading fin group, and the leading fin side is cut away, after which the heat sink material is fed by a given length and a trailing fin side is cut off. The process is thereafter repeated.

    • A cutting apparatus can make a length of a remainder material of a work as short as possible and can use one work effectively. The cutting apparatus has a main stock vice mechanism holding a work to be cut at upstream side and downstream side of a cutting position for cutting the work by means of a saw blade, a work feeding stock vice mechanism holding the work toward the cutting position for feeding per a predetermined cutting length, and a work drawing mechanism active when a difference between a length of a remainder material of the work and a feed limit length of the remainder material by the work feeding stock vice mechanism becomes shorter than a preliminarily set cutting length of the work. The work drawing mechanism holds a tip end of the remainder material at a predetermined position on downstream side of the cutting position or on upstream side of the cutting position for drawing the remainder material to extend a predetermined length from the cutting position.
