    • The present invention relates to a resin compressor. If the plastic wastes are inserted into a hopper (112), blades (124) move vertically, then the plastic wastes are primarily compressed and are inserted in a space part (113) formed under the hopper (112). Subsequently, the primary compressed objects inserted into the space part (113) are discharged through a discharge port (146) of a pipe installed in front of the space part (113) after compressed to the secondary compressed objects by the push part (130). The resin compressor according to the present invention increases work efficiency, such as the reduction of costs required to transfer the plastic wastes, by compressing the plastic wastes.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing petroleum cokes, using coal mill of a cement factory. The present provides a manufacturing method of powder petroleum cokes, comprising the following steps. Naturally dried petroleum cokes having more or less than 10% of water content is sealed by being connected with a cement kiln; the petroleum cokes are dried into 2-5% of water content by being induced into a coal mill drying pipe provided with hot air from the kiln; the petroleum cokes in the drying pipe is induced into the coal mill, then pulverized and distributed.
