摘要： 본 고안은 파이프를 벽에고정시 사용하는 고정밴드(새들)에 관한 것으로 기존에 는 파이프등을 벽에 고정할때 규격화된 고정밴드(새들)를 사용하고 있다.
이때 규격화된 밴드(새들)를 일일이 찾아 사용해야만 하는 불편함과 규격화된 여러밴드의 보관 시 필요한 많은 장소와 관리부주의 로 인한 녹 발생 및 분실로 인한 경제적손실 을 가져오고 있다.
이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 고안된 제품으로 밴드(새들)를 롤형태로 만들어 동파이프, 배관파이프, 배기연도파이프, 스파이럴연도, PVC파이프 등 각종파이프의 규격에 알맞게 잘라서 고정하는 밴드(새들)로 적용하고자 하는 파이프의 규격에 알맞게 컷팅(잘라서)해서 사용할 수 있게 고안되었다.
이 고안품을 사용하므로서 기존의 고정밴드를 사용할 때 발생되는 보관 및 여러 종류의 고정밴드를 구비해야 하는 단점 그리고 사용하고 남은 밴드의 손실로 인한 경제적 손실 작업자가 각기규격에 맞는 고정밴드를 찾는데 소요되는 시간낭비 등의 경제적 손실을 방지하므로서 경제적 이익을 가져온다.
현재 시중에 시판하고 있는데 사용자들이 매우 편리하고 경제적이라고 한다.
