The manufacturing method comprises maintaining diagonal tensile stress of yarn guide roller to 10~40g/f during the cotton spinning process and supplying thread into draft roller through yarn pass during yarn guide roller process.

    • The present invention relates to a fabric for bedding fit to be used for various bedding. To satisfy all properties required for bedding, the fabric for bedding is woven with ring compact spun yarn wherein the warp is single yarn with 36 to 46 threads and raw yarn is micromodal and is composed of 60 to 80% of modal and 20 to 40% of cotton. The fabric for bedding is woven with twil texture wherein the density of the warp is 125 to 145 threads/inch and the density of the weft is 70 to 90 threads/inch, and thus exhibits tensile strength, fabric thickness, weight and sense of touch that is the most proper for bedding. The present invention can maintain quality as ever even in a long-term usage owing to very excellent abrasion resistance, durability and washfastness and can be used more hygienically as fiber scraps are not generated and a user does not inhale the fiber scraps. The present invention is fit for bedding in in-between seasons with great daily temperature difference or in the winter as the fabric for bedding exhibits excellent moisture absorption and heat insulation while being soft.
