    • The present invention relates to a powder puff and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention manufactures a powder puff by sequentially conducting: a fabric configuring step of selecting ground yarn and pile yarn to select yarn; a step of weaving a two-bar or three-bar knit by weaving the ground yarn and the pile yarn; a refining step of removing oils and fats contained in the yarn of the two-bar or three-bar knit; a dyeing step of putting the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit into a dyeing machine and dyeing the fabric; a heat treatment step of heat-treating the dyed fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit at temperature of 160 to 200°C for 2 to 5 minutes; a nap-raising step of raising nap on the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit; and a polishing step of polishing the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit. Accordingly, the present invention is soft and has excellent spreadability and can reduce costs by selectively applying microfiber or yarn with low tension resistance to reduce flexural rigidity of piles.

    • PURPOSE: A method for making a textile is provided to form a pile at one side of the textile or both sides of the textile. CONSTITUTION: A first column(A') is fabricated through following methods. A first connecting yarn(100-1) twists a first yarn(10-1), and a second yarn(10-2). The first connecting yarn connects a first connection part(20-1), and a second connection part(20-2) using the twisted the first and the second yarn. A second connecting yarn(100-2) twists the second yarn(10-2), and a second yarn(10-2). The second connecting yarn connects the second connection part(20-2), and a third connection part(20-3) using the twisted the second and the third yarn. In this method, an M connecting yarn(100-M) twists a N-1 yarn(10-N-1), and an N yarn(10-N). The M connecting yarn connects the N-1 connection part(20-N-1), and an N connection part(20-N) using the twisted the N yarn.
