    • PURPOSE: A wind power generator using air inside a water treatment facility including a sewage disposal plant is provided to generate electric energy with driving sources such as the flow of the air fed for the lively aerobic reaction of microorganism, the flow of the air sucked for removing bad smells, and the flow of the air discharged through a bad smell removing unit. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator using air inside a water treatment facility including a sewage disposal plant includes a wind power generation guide pipe (10), at least one impeller (20), a generator (30), dampers (40,50), and a guide duct (60). The wind power generation guide pipe is connected to an air guide pipe (1) including a line feeding the air to the aeration tank of the sewage disposal plant, a line sucking the air through a bad smell removing unit, or a line discharging the air passing through the bad smell removing unit. The impeller is rotated by the air flowing into the wind power generation guide. The generator generates electric energy with receiving the rotational force of the impeller through a rotary shaft. The dampers are opened or closed so that the air flows along the air guide pipe or passes through the wind power generation guide pipe. The guide duct at the inlet of the wind power generation guide pipe guides the air flowing along the air guide pipe in order to concentrate the air on the impeller. CONSTITUTION: A guard rail of a road comprises a rail fixing unit(100) and a first rail unit(200). The rail fixing unit is composed of a fixing panel(110) and a bracket(120). Fastening units(111) are formed in the top and bottom of the fixing panel. The bracket is extended from the rear surface of the fixing panel and is fixed to a post(10). The first rail unit comprises a first porous plate(210) and a Fiber Reinforced Plastic coating layer(220). The first porous plate has vertical parts(211), multiple bent parts(212), and planar parts(213). The FRP coating layer is integrally fixed to the first porous plate and covers the first porous plate.
