    • PURPOSE: A navigation data storage system for a ship is provided to supply various information about an accident regardless of sinking by storing various data in a plurality of auxiliary VDRs. CONSTITUTION: A main VDR(10) is comprised of a camera(1), a video board(2), an input and output interface(5), an engine control data memory(8), and a microcontroller(9). The video board stores the image signal of the camera in an image data memory. The engine control data memory stores the data about the engine of a ship. An auxiliary VDR(30) is attached to the front, rear, lateral, upper and lower sides of the ship. A solenoid for escape is operated for releasing a latch. A water pressure sensor senses a floating point. An antenna driving motor transmits a structure electric wave. GPS data is provided from the main VDR. The GPS data memory stores the engine control data and the image data.

    • PURPOSE: A voltage detecting circuit is provided to drive a warning unit by using a detecting output of a detecting transistor at a dropping state of a voltage less than a fixed value. CONSTITUTION: A control transistor(2) for a stabilization voltage is serially connected to an internal battery(1). A load(3) is serially connected to the internal battery. A constant voltage device is connected to a base of the control transistor. A resistor is connected to the base of the control transistor. A control electrode is connected to a contact point of the resistor of the constant voltage device. An input electrode of a detecting transistor(12) is connected to the resistor. A warning unit is driven by using a detecting output of the detecting transistor at a voltage drop state of the internal battery having a voltage dropped less than a fixed value.
