A first transfer pipe(240) is formed on an inner surface of the double pipe. A second baffle(230) is formed to the longitudinal direction of the outer circumference of the double pipe. The triple pipe is formed to accommodate the double pipe. The triple pipe includes a drainpipe(320) formed on the other side. The jacket is combined on a side of the triple pipe. The jacket includes a plurality of injection holes(410) to flow a coagulant uniformly.

Accordingly, a step with a predetermined height that is generated between a discharge port and an inner surface of an axial support-cum-lid of the related art can be removed and the solid sludge cake can be smoothly discharged through the discharge ports and no sludge stagnates, remains, or solidified around the discharge ports. Accordingly, a load of the sludge cake discharged through the discharge ports can be significantly reduced and a sludge cake discharge amount can be significantly reduced.
