    • PURPOSE: A non-point pollution reduction facility is provided to be able to eject filtered dead water to the outside by elevation of the water level of rain introduced to a first filtering tub after the rain fall is terminated, to wash a first filter layer and to discharge to a second filtering tub at the same time to re-filter and dewater when the water level of the dead water is lowered, which prevents non-point pollutants from being ejected, and to maximize the process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A non-point pollution reduction facility comprises a pre-processing tub(200), a first filtering tub(300); and a second filtering tub(500). A punch screen(230) is equipped in the pre-processing tub to cover the end of a first flow tube. The first filtering tub is connected to the pre-processing tub through the first flow tube. The first filtering tub comprises a first filter layer(350) installed with a space upward from the bottom surface, and a first discharge pipe in the position higher than the first filter layer on one side. The second filtering tub is connected to the first filtering tub through a second flow tube(340). The second filtering tub comprises a second filter layer(530) installed with a space upward from the bottom surface. The second filtering tub has a decanter(550) so that the second filter layer is positioned on the top part and floats according to elevation of the water level. A third flow tube is connected to the lower part of the decanter.

A floater(52) ascends or descends upon the water level of the pre-processing tub. Rain water flowed in via the first flow tube passes the first filter layer and ejected via the second flow tube while the rain water flows up and down. The installation height of the inflow pipe is higher than the installation height of the second flow tube. The installation height of the first flow tube is higher than the installation height of the fourth flow tube. An inlet valve opening and closing the fourth flow tube is installed in the fourth flow tube.
