    • An air-flap apparatus for a refrigerator or/and freezer in a kitchen comprises an air flap (18) which is mounted such that it can pivot between an open position and a closed position about a first axis of rotation (20) and which uncovers an air-passage opening (16) to allow air to pass through in the open position and blocks the air-passage opening at least substantially against the passage of air in the closed position, and also comprises a motorized flap-operating mechanism for pivoting the air flap. According to the invention, the flap-operating mechanism comprises a movable flap-operating element (26) with a flap-engagement section (32) which can be moved from outside the pivot space of the air flap into the pivot space of the air flap by movement of the flap-operating element in order to then engage with the air flap and to lift said air flap out of one of the two flap positions in the direction of the other flap position. The flap-operating element (26) is preferably a rotary body which is arranged such that it can rotate about a second axis of rotation (28) which is substantially parallel to, but runs at a distance from, the first axis of rotation (20).

The supercooling prevention heater is installed on the second path. The damper flows air to any one of the first and the second paths.
