    • PURPOSE: Provided is a cement construction material produced by vacuum extrusion which contains a little or no asbestos, thereby being not toxic to human bodies and which is excellent in price and productivity. Also, the method for producing the cement construction material is provided. CONSTITUTION: The cement construction material is produced by extruding a mixture of cement composition for construction material containing cellulose fibers, sepiolite and polypropylene fibers instead of asbestos. Thus, the cement composition for construction material comprises 50 to 65 wt% of cement, 30 to 40 wt% of silica, 0.5 to 1.0 wt% of a plasticizer, 1.5 to 3.0 wt% of cellulose fibers, 0 to 3.0 wt% of sepiolite, 0.1 to 0.15 wt% of polypropylene and 23 to 30 wt% of water. The formation of the cement construction material is carried out by (S200) decomposing cellulose fibers; (S210) adding cement, silica, a plasticizer, sepiolite and polypropylene to the decomposed cellulose; (S220) mixing the mixture in a dry mixer; (S230) mixing the mixture with water; (S240) extruding the wet mixture in an extruder as a construction material; (S250) steam-curing the extruded body; (S260) curing the extruded boy in an autoclave; and (S270) subjecting the product to a final processing and test.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of cemphalt having an intermediate property of cement and asphalt by mixing cement and asphalt as main materials, organic additive and aggregates at room temperature. The resultant cemphalt enables to pave roads continuously without a gap and has fluidity-resistance and impact-resistance. CONSTITUTION: Cemphalt is manufactured by mixing 10-20wt.% of asphalt, 10-30wt.% of cement, 30-60wt.% of coarse aggregates, 20-50wt.% of soil or fine aggregates and the balance of reinforcing fibers, where the used asphalt is prepared by mixing asphalt, water, surfactant(anionic or cationic) and organic additive such as soluble latex, emulsion, polymer(polyvinylalcohol, polyethyleneoxide, etc.) at 50-60deg.C.
