    • PURPOSE: A processing and assembling device for a magnesium seat back frame is provided to fasten nuts with the fastening holes of upper protrusive portions for fixing a handle to the cast magnesium seat back frame, and easily assemble the nuts and drill the fastening holes in order to install a fixing bracket. CONSTITUTION: A processing and assembling device for a magnesium seat back frame includes a conveyor(310), fixing jigs(320), a drilling part(330), a nut assembling part(340), and a pop nut assembling part(350). The fixing jigs installed at the conveyor at regular distances are intermittently moved by the conveyor. The magnesium seat back frame is fixed to the upper sides of the fixing jigs. The drilling part drills fastening holes on the nut grooves of the fixed magnesium seat back frame. The nut assembling part tightly fits nuts into the nut grooves. The pop nut assembling part inserts pop nuts into the fastening holes, and then compresses and fixes the pop nuts. The fixing jig comprises a base plate fixed to the conveyor, an upper plate on which the magnesium seat back frame is fixed, and a lifting member. One end portion of the upper plate is fixed to one end portion of the base plate by a shaft. The lifting member upwardly lifts the other end portion of the upper plate so that an inclined plane, on which the upper protrusive portions of magnesium seat back frame are formed, is horizontal.

The bolt supply device supplies a hub bolt to the upper portion of the hub seating member. The inspection unit inspects the inner diameter of the hub and a spline. The marking unit marks the exterior of the transferred hub. The discharge unit discharges the marked hub.
