CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing gas and flame leakage to the outside when charging bituminous coal comprises an insertion part(9) formed at the lower part of an injection sleeve(2) of bituminous coal charging facility in such a way that the insertion part(9) is tapered as diameter of the insertion part(9) is being reduced so that the insertion part(9) is inserted into a charging hole(3); an airtightness maintenance part(20) installed on the outer circumferential surface of the injection sleeve(2) at the upper side adjacent to the insertion part(9) along the injection sleeve(2) in such a way that the airtightness maintenance part(20) is flexible and ascended or descended by a separate power source; and a sliding joint part(10) installed on the inner circumferential surface of the upper part of the injection sleeve(2) and arranged in such a way that the sliding joint part(10) maintains a close sealing relation with a hopper frame(4) for guiding ascent and descent of the injection sleeve(2).
