The solar cell panel comprises a plurality of parts that a relative motion is possible. The light-receiving area is varied due to the relative motions of the parts.

CONSTITUTION: An overheating prevention device of a solar energy heater comprises a bypass tube(35), heat exchangers(33,34), a controller(40), and an adsorption cooler(50). The bypass tube is installed in thermal medium conduits(31,32) between a collector(25) and a thermal storage tank(22). The bypass tube carries a three-way valve(36) controlling the flow path. The heat exchanger is installed on the bypass tube and one side of the thermal medium conduit. The controller detects the temperature change on the thermal medium conduit and opens and closes the flow path of the bypass tube.

A current to voltage conversion unit(120A) converts the output current to a reference voltage. A comparison unit(120B) compares the reference voltage with the output voltage. An electric power conversion unit(130) supplies the output power, corresponding to a MPP(maximum power point) of the solar battery, to a load in response to the driving signal(40).
