    • PURPOSE: A pump bracket is provided to uniformly maintain a contact surface of a fuel pump and a pump bracket by partially forming protruded mounting surfaces on the top of the pump bracket. CONSTITUTION: A pump bracket comprises an insertion part(110) and multiple coupling parts(120). The insertion part forms an insertion hole(111) at the center. A piston of a fuel pump is inserted into the insertion hole. The coupling parts are formed in the edge of the insertion part to be symmetrical to the insertion hole. The coupling parts have thread holes(121). Protruded mounting surfaces(112,122) are partially formed in the top end of the coupling parts and the insertion part.

    • The invention relates to a high-pressure pump piston/cylinder unit in which a pump cylinder (3) having a piston (2) oscillating therein is provided inside a housing (1). The piston (2) is actively connected, on one face, to a controlled drive (4) in order to vary, in the pump cylinder (3), a suction working volume and pressure working volume on the other face on the piston-head area whereby increasing the pressure of the fluid drawn out of a delivery flow supply (9) and into a pump cylinder (3) by the stroke of the piston (2) in order to render it accessible to another supply element by means of a delivery valve (8). The aim of the invention is to eliminate the risk of the piston (2) guided inside the pump cylinder (3) of wearing due to a deviation from the axis. To this end, the invention provides that a centering cone (20) provided in the form of a straight truncated cone with a circular base area (D) and top area (d) is shaped on the head area of the pump piston (2). The maximum half diameter reduction (1/2 x [D-d]) with regard to the diameter (D) of the head shaft (2) is a ratio of ca. 1: 200 and the axial length (l) thereof with regard to the axial length (L) of the entire piston shaft (2) is a ratio of (I: L) of ca. 1: 6.6.

    • PURPOSE: A device for preventing shake of an injection pump of a diesel engine is provided to prevent a sudden change of fuel injection amount caused by vibration of the engine and injection pump, and to stably execute a cycle stroke of the engine, by preventing shake of guide levers and control levers. CONSTITUTION: In an injection pump of a diesel engine, an assembly(23) is fixed and a pair of guide levers(24) and control levers(21) are mounted inside a governor chamber(20) to which a governor cover(22) is attached. A fixing bolt of a tension plate attached to the assembly is fastened to a support piece of the guide lever by a nut. A device for preventing shake of the injection pump comprises a fastening member(30) integrally attached to the outside of the governor cover; a tension control member(40) of a bolt shape fitted into the fastening member; an elastic spring(50) one side of which is fitted into one side of the tension control member and the other side supports the guide lever mounted in the governor chamber; and a fixing member(60) of a nut shape fastened to the tension control member, in a state of being positioned to the outside of the fastening member. A nut groove is formed through the fastening member. An adjusting groove is formed to one side of the tension control member.
