CONSTITUTION: A cover device of a raw material transferring conveyor is composed of supporting bars(13) installed to both sides of a conveyor for carrying raw materials at regular intervals and elastically mounted with a spring(12) at the upper end; a cover plate(20) placed on the upside of the supporting bars to cover the upper part of the conveyor not to flow the rain or foreign materials into the raw materials carried by the conveyor; guide rolls(30) disposed to upper and lower parts of both sides of a chute(4) for guiding the raw materials supplied to the conveyor to support the cover plate; a pair of movable plates(40) installed to the inner center of the chute to fold the cover plate positioned in the chute and formed to move about a hinge shaft(42); and a protecting plate(50) installed on the movable plate to prevent the raw materials from being attached on the upside of the movable plate.

    • PURPOSE: A rotational chute device is provided to correct the skew of a belt by loading materials in the center of the belt always. A belt skew detecting roll is moved through the sliding support and rotated idly by contacting to the one edge of the belt. Proximity sensors are installed lengthwise the sliding support to detect the position of the belt skew detecting roll for transferring a signal to an equipment control computer. Thereby, the eccentric loading of the materials is prevented and the skew of the belt is corrected automatically.

The diameter of the discharging portion is extended when the fallen materials from the upper belt conveyor is large. Otherwise, the diameter of the discharging portion is shrunken by the elastic member. Thereby, the skew of the lower belt conveyor is prevented.

    • 본 고안은 부품 선별 수납장치에 관한 것으로서,
      종래에는 대부분의 선별 수납장치가 1개의 부품을 원하는 장소에 수납하는데 약 0.7∼1초가 소요되고 있어서 검사장치에 의해 정상여부가 검사된 부품을 빠르고 신속하게 선별 수납하지 못함에 따라 아무리 검사장치의 검사속도를 향상시키더라도 검사완료된 부품의 선별 수납 동작이 지연됨에 따라 전체적인 부품 생산성이 급격히 하락하게되는 문제점이 발생하고 있었다.
      따라서, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 고안은 부품이 수납되기 위한 다수의 수납통을 환형으로 배설하고, 이 수납통들의 중앙 상단에 회전하여 검사장치를 거쳐 공급되는 부품을 정상 또는 불량 상태에 따라 선별하여 각기 다른 수납통에 수납되도록 분배하는 수단을 구성하므로서, 부품 생산라인에서의 부품 생산성을 월등히 향상시킬 수 있고, 부품을 정상 또는 불량상태 종류에 따라 각기 다른 수납통에 선별할 수 있으므로 생산되는 부품의 불량율을 월등히 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 부품 선별 수납장치에 관한 것이다.
