CONSTITUTION: A forming device of a simultaneous covering material comprises a first cavity formed to the surface of a cope(10) opposite to a core(20); a second cavity formed to the surface of the cope opposite to the core, to arrange a skin material(S); an ejector installed to the middle part of the first cavity, to make a base material temporarily formed in the first cavity stick to the core side when the cope is separated from the core; a first cylinder(30) connected to the core, to pressurize and move the core toward the second cavity when the core is combined to the second cavity; a second cylinder(35) connected to the cope, to make the first cavity and the second cavity alternately reciprocally transferred to a position opposite to the core; a heater heating the temporarily formed base material stuck to the core; and a heater transfer unit connected to the heater, to make the heater opposed to the core or separated from an opposed part.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rim integrally formed with a skin sheet is provided to fabricate an article bonded with the skin sheet by forming a rim fabricating mold using one mold. CONSTITUTION: A mock-up is firstly fabricated(S11). Then, a lower mold is manufactured by using the mock-up(S12). After releasing the mock-up, a reinforcement member is turned over(S14). Then, a shaped member is rested on the reinforcement member(S15). After that, an upper mold is fabricated(S16). Then, a plurality of vacuum holes are formed in the lower mold(S17). After resting a skin sheet onto the lower mold(S18), the lower mold is coupled to the upper mold. Then, resin is injected into the mold thereby forming an article(S19). The reinforcement member includes epoxy resin. A reinforcement frame member is coupled to the reinforcement member.

    • PURPOSE: A housing manufacturing method prevents defects on the end part of a housing and processes the end part smoothly without a mark. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises four processes. The first process is to paint colors or print characters on one side surface of transparent laminated film(21) to form coated layer(22) thereon. The second process is to form the transparent laminated film to the form of a housing(20) with the coated layer(22) to be an inner side to form a curved part(21a) by bending the lower part of a perpendicular side wall part(H) inwardly so that an end part(S) of the perpendicular side wall part(H) which is a side surface of the housing(20) is placed a little bit inwardly than the perpendicular side wall part(H). The third process is to cut the end part(S) of the perpendicular side wall part(H) to remove unneeded part. The fourth process is to install the transparent laminated film(21) formed in a mold(25) and inject melted transparent synthetic resin to form a housing main body(23) on the coated layer(22).
