    • PURPOSE: An acid gas collecting apparatus and a method are provided to prevent the degradation of an absorbent by thermally treating stabilized salt, to reduce energy for recycling the degraded absorbent, to minimize process operating costs by minimizing the supplement quantity of the absorbent, and to enable the reduction of the absorbent regardless of the kind. CONSTITUTION: An acid gas collecting apparatus comprises an absorption tower(201); a removal tower(203) which is connected to the absorption tower; a heating reclaimer(301) which is connected to the removal tower; and an ion exchange tower(302) which is installed in between the absorption tower and the removal tower. Absorption of acid gas is conducted using an absorbent in the absorption tower. Recycle of the absorbent is conducted in the removal tower. The heating reclaimer thermally treats stabilized salt included in a recycled absorbent by heating the recycled absorbent which re-circulates to the removal tower. The ion exchange tower treats the thermally stabilized salt which is included in the recycled absorbent and transferred to the absorption tower. A multidirectional valve(303) is additionally installed in between the absorption tower and the ion exchange tower. A strong acid positive ion exchange resin or a strong acid negative ion exchange resin is filled in the ion exchange tower. A heating means of the heating reclaimer is electricity or steam, and the heating temperature is 100-150 deg. C.

    • PURPOSE: An energy source reusing method of a separation device for depositing an acidic gas is provided to minimize an outside influence of a stripper and ultimately reducing an amount of steam use of a re-boiler by maintaining a temperature in the stripper by inflowing a used steam between an outside and an inside of the stripper. CONSTITUTION: A separation device for depositing an acidic gas includes an adsorptive tower(110), a stripper(120), a re-boiler(130), and a heat exchanger(140). The adsorptive tower adsorbs an acidic gas contained in an exhaust gas to an absorbent and produces an adsorbent saturated with the acidic gas. The stripper separates the adsorbent saturated with the acidic gas to the acidic gas and the absorbent. The re-boiler maintains an inner temperature of the stripper by using an outside steam. The heat exchanger exchanges heat from the steam ejected from the re-boiler to the stripper. The acidic gas comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, and carbonyl sulfide.

    • PURPOSE: A separating apparatus and a separating method for separating acidic gas from mixed gas are provided to save energy required for degassing acidic gas and to easily dilute absorbent. CONSTITUTION: A separating apparatus for acidic gas includes an absorbing column(201), a degassing column(202), an absorbent introducing path, a re-boiler(203), and a condensed water supplying line. Absorbent absorbing acidic gas is filled in the absorbing column. The degassing column applies thermal energy to degas the absorbed acidic gas. The absorbent introducing path is in connection with the degassing column and supplies additional absorbent diluting liquid to the degassing column. The re-boiler supplies thermal energy to the degassing column. Condensed water from the re-boiler is supplied to the absorbent diluting liquid by connecting the condensed water supplying line and the absorbent introducing path.
