CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a molded type isolating transformer comprises a step of producing a bobbin assembly by inserting a circular core between a pair of upper and lower bobbin cases(41); a step of winding a primary wire(56) and a secondary wire on the bobbin case of the bobbin assembly; a step of inserting ends(56a,56b,57a,57b) of primary and secondary wires into respective knob(54); a step of inserting bobbin inserts(60,70) into a bottom center surface of the bobbin case; a step of connecting a primary plug wire, a primary receptacle wire, and a secondary receptacle wire to the ends of the primary and secondary wires by using a sleeve; a step of depositing an adhesive to one sides of the bobbin inserts secured to the bobbin assembly; a step of fixing the bobbin inserts to a mounting rod of a lower mold; and a step of injecting resin between an upper mold and the lower mold, and hardening the resin.

    • PURPOSE: A bidirectional exposure lamp in a lighting apparatus of a runway is provided to form strongly a holder by simplifying a structure of the holder and remove a lens of a dome glass and reduce a beam error of a lamp by changing a structure of an inside lens. CONSTITUTION: A halogen lamp(110) is installed in the inside of an upper body(100). A holder(120) is installed at the upper body(100). The halogen lamp(110) is inserted into a center hole of the upper body(100). A plurality of lens support portions(125) are vertically installed at both sides of the center hole of the holder(120). The lens support portion has a shape of Y. An inside lens(130) is loaded on an upper side of the lens support portion(125). The inside lens(130) has a flat inner face and a convex outer face. The inside lens(130) is used for focusing light of the lamp(110) to a predetermined direction. A glass filter(140) is installed on the convex outer face of the inside lens(130). A dome glass(170) is installed on an upper end portion of the upper body(100). A dome glass coupling portion(180) is used for combining the upper body(100) with the dome glass(170) by using a gasket(175). A socket(145) is installed at a lower end portion of the lamp(110). A lower body(150) is used for supporting the upper body(100). The lower body(150) is coupled with other supporter by a fixing combination portion(160).
