摘要： An outer cover material forming method of a crush pad is provided to adjust depth of a cut groove easily, and to reduce manufacturing process and manufacturing cost by forming the cut groove in making the crush pad without additional laser processing or mechanical processing. A release agent is injected to a mold, and raw material of polyurethane polymer including polyol and isocyanate is injected to form an outer cover material. A mold(30) for forming a cut groove(22') in manufacturing a crush pad is placed on the half-formed outer cover less than the desired thickness, and raw material of copolymer is injected to the formed surface of the outer cover to the desired thickness. The cut groove is formed along the mold by removing the mold. The depth of the cut groove of the outer cover is adjusted easily by regulating the injection amount of raw material.
