    • The present invention relates to a deburring device for an electric car line, and more specifically, to a deburring device comprising: a lower arm installed to be able to pivot from side to side at the top end of a supporting pillar vertically installed on an electric car line maintenance vehicle; an upper arm installed on the lower arm to be able to pivot up and down while holding a gas damper; a bite installation cradle coupled to a back end portion of the upper arm to be able to pivot side to side and up and down while holding a hinge block; one pair of guide rollers installed to face each other at a front portion of the top surface of the bite installation cradle; and a semicircular pipe-shaped deburring bite installed at a back portion of the top surface of the bite installation cradle. According to above configuration, the deburring device for an electric car line can remove burrs in lower sides the electric car line easily and rapidly as the maintenance vehicle on which the deburring device is installed, travels along the electric car line, thereby remarkably improving safety and efficiency of deburring works.

    • A method for manufacturing livestock feed by using fermenting medicinal herb waste and food waste with effective microorganisms is provided to improve the supply of nutrients for livestock without using genetically modified grain, preservatives, antifungal agents and antibiotics. A method for manufacturing livestock feed by using fermenting medicinal herb waste and food waste with effective microorganisms comprises the steps of: (i) mixing 20wt% of hay, 20wt% of grain, 6wt% of dried Chinese cabbage or radish leaves, 5wt% of sesame dregs, 5wt% of soybean curd refuge, 5wt% of rice bran, 3wt% of pine needles, 3wt% of lotus leaves, and 3wt% of laver; (ii) grinding the mixed ingredients by a grinder(130mesh), and sterilizing the ground ingredients by a sterilizer at 120°C; (iii) inoculating Bacillus subtilis into the sterilized ingredients, and fermenting them for 5days; and (iv) adding 10wt% of water to the fermented ingredients, and forming them into pills having a diameter of 7mm.
