    • PURPOSE: An output voltage control method of a multi-output power supply device, the multi-output power supply device, and an image formation apparatus including the same are provided to stably control power outputted to other output circuits by compensating observation voltage value errors of a feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION: A first power source switch(10) switches a power supply mode. A first switch controller(12) controls a first power source switch. A transformer(14) transforms a power source provided from the first power source switch. A first output circuit(16) and a second output circuit(18) are connected to a secondary side of the transformer. A second power source switch(20) switches a power source outputted from a second output circuit. A second switch controller(22) controls the second power source switch. A feedback circuit(28) provides feedback data for each output power source of the first and second output circuits.

    • PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to minimize the switching loss of an auxiliary converter by operating the auxiliary converter in a full-bridge rectification mode. CONSTITUTION: A voltage multiplying unit(200) multiplies an input voltage and a first terminal and a second terminal. A first terminal outputs the multiplied voltage. A second terminal outputs the lower voltage than the voltage of the first terminal. The voltage multiplying unit includes a rectifier circuit and a smoothing circuit. The rectifier circuit rectifies the input voltage. The smoothing circuit smooths the rectified voltage. A main converter(220) receives the voltage of the first terminal of the voltage multiplying unit as the input voltage. An auxiliary converter(240) receives the voltage of the second terminal of the voltage multiplying unit as the input voltage.

    • A power supply unit is provided to minimize power loss in standby state by controlling switching operation by having additional resistance which is connected to a discharge resistance part. A power supply unit comprises an AC power supply unit(100), a line filter part(110), a bridge diode part(120), a DC condenser part(130), and a discharge resistance part(140). A first resistance is connected with the discharge resistance part in parallel. A switching unit performs switching operation by the control signal from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An atomic force microscope includes a scanner(20) and a plurality of cantilevers(30) attached to the scanner(20). The cantilevers(30) are rotated by means of a driving unit(40). Probes(32) are provided at end portions of the cantilevers(30) in such a manner that the probes(32) are moved up and down based on interaction between the probes(32) and a surface of a sample(50). A light source(60) is provided at an upper portion of the cantilevers(30) to radiate light towards the cantilevers(30). A photo detector(70) is provided to detect the surface of the sample(50).
