    • PURPOSE: A controlling method of resolution is provided to control the degree of cross-linking of polyethylene oxide, thereby controlling the resolution of polyethylene oxide. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of resolution comprises a raw material mixing step of mixing polyethylene oxide and a photoinitiator; a spinning step of forming non-woven fabric type from the mixture; and a step of crosslinking the polyethylene oxide. The crosslinking step comprises a curing step by UV with the luminous energy of 1-5 J/cm^2. The spinning step uses electrospinning or a meltblown method. The molecular weight of the polyethylene oxide is 100,000-300,000 g/mol.

A manufacturing method of the fiber aggregate includes a step for spinning the nanofiber, a step for dropping the spun nanofiber, and a step for forming the fiber aggretage by focusing and aligning the nanofbier in a fiber shaft direction.
