A real estate thing for sale register server(10) displays the selection screen of the real estate complex on a real estate broker terminal. If the real estate broker terminal(20) selects the real estate complex, the real estate thing for sale register server offers the common information. If the execution of registration of a thing for sale is selected, the real estate thing for sale register server stores the real estate for sale.
