A ROM(160) for inputting a wireless IP(Internet Protocol) address automatically recognizes a wireless IP address of a service provider, to access a server of the service provider connected to a wireless network server of a mobile communication provider. A keypad(200) for inputting characters inputs desired characters, digits and codes when using the data communication or SMS. A headphone terminal(240) enables the hearing of the music files stored in a wireless MP3 player through a headphone. An SMS solution(250) enables SMS between wireless MP3 players and between CDMA system of other terminals, to transceive character messages. And a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(260) is for downloading music files in a hard disk of a computer.

摘要： PURPOSE: A pedestrian crossing guidance apparatus for a visual handicapped person is provided to do not secede toward a width direction of a pedestrian and prevent a secession of a visual handicapped person to other side by transferring a signal to both sides between ringers and outputting a guidance voice from a both side of a counter ringer. CONSTITUTION: An inductive signal and a first voice guidance signal are transmitted from a remote controller. An amplifying unit(101) amplifies a second voice guidance signal transmitted between counter ringers by receiving it through an antenna. A demodulation unit(102) demodulates the amplified signals to a dater signal. If the demodulated inductive signal, the first voice guidance signal, and the second voice guidance signal identical to a set signal, an inductive signal decoding unit converts to a digital signal. An inductive sound generating unit(105) is received the signal from the first and second voice guidance signal decoding unit(104,109) and the inductive signal decoding unit, and generates an inductive sound in order to induct a visual handicapped person. A transmitting unit(125) receives the signal from the first voice guidance signal decoding unit, and performs an encoding it, and transmits the other ringer. A control unit(119) compares to a signal of a traffic condition outputted from a driving circuit(116,117) driving a red signal lamp and a green signal lamp, and controls the transmitting unit according to the signal from the first voice guidance signal decoding unit, and transmits the signal to different ringer, and outputs and controls a voice information depending on the traffic condition signal from a voice storing unit according to the signal from the first and second voice guidance signal decoding unit.
