    • PURPOSE: An inner liner rubber composition is provided to improve an anti-air permeability by liquid phase polybutene, and to improve physical properties because of improved dispersibility of reinforcing filler by a dispersion aid. CONSTITUTION: An inner liner rubber composition comprises 10-20 parts by weight of liquid polybutene, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of raw rubber. The raw rubber consists of 20-40 parts by weight of natural rubber, and 60-80 parts by weight of halobutyl rubber. A tire comprises rubber consisting of the rubber composition as an inner liner. The liquid polybutene has weight average molecular weight of 1,200-1,400, the viscosity at 40 °C is 20,000-25,000 cP, and the viscosity at 100 °C is 550-750 cP.
