    • A wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to solve CSO(Combined Sewer Overflow) problems, stably remove soluble contaminants, and reduce load of a subsequent process by recycling residual coagulated components, thereby increasing the settling efficiency. A wastewater treatment apparatus comprises: a first setting basin(10) for performing biosorption and first settling processes of wastewater to be treated; a bioreactor(20) for performing a biological reaction of effluent from the first setting basin; a second settling basin(30) for performing a second settling process of effluent from the bioreactor; and a biological filter basin(40) for removing soluble organic matters and ammonia nitrogen from effluent from the second settling basin, wherein a first return pipe(13) is installed on the first settling basin itself to return a portion of sludge discharged from the first settling basin to a mixing tank, a second return pipe(33) and a third return pipe(35) are installed on the second settling basin to return sludge discharged from the second settling basin to the first settling basin and the bioreactor, a fourth return pipe(43) is installed on the biological filter basin to return sludge discharged from the biological filter basin to the first settling basin, and a bypass pipe(17) is installed between the first settling basin and the biological filter basin to supply the portion of the treated water into the biological filter basin by bypassing a portion of treated water of the first settling basin. The first setting basin includes a plurality of inclined plates(11).

    • A method and an apparatus for treating livestock excretion are provided to purify the livestock excretion and collect resources efficiently, by performing a pretreatment process, an adjustment process, a methane fermentation process, a temperature decrease process, and a bath reaction process, and three treatment processes on the livestock excretion. A pretreatment process is performed by removing adulterant and sediment from livestock excretion(S210). An adjustment process is performed by homogenizing the flow rate and concentration of the livestock excretion passed by the pretreatment process(S220). An acid fermentation process is performed by converting the homogenized livestock excretion into dissolvable organic matter through acid fermentation and performing solid-liquid separation through precipitation(S230). A methane fermentation process is performed by recovering methane gas and precipitating sludge from the dissolvable organic matter through methane fermentation(S240). A temperature decrease process is performed by decreasing the temperature of the treated water, which is generated during the methane fermentation process, to a temperature suitable for aerobic treatment, 30‹C(S250). A batch reaction process is performed by removing residual organic matter and nutrient salt and precipitating sludge from the treated water, which is generated during the temperature decrease process(S260). A refinement process is performed by removing carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and moisture from the methane gas generated during the methane fermentation process. A cogeneration process is performed by collecting electricity and waste heat using the refined methane. A dehydration process is performed by dehydrating the sludge generated during the acid fermentation process and the methane fermentation process. A dry process is performed by drying the dehydrated sludge using the waste heat. Further, a third treatment process is performed by removing additionally hardly-degradable organic compounds and nutritive salts remaining after the batch reaction process.

    • A method for treating wastewater is provided to remove hardly decomposable organic materials in the wastewater in a short time, by generating turbulence in a reactor to improve the solubility and reactivity of ozone. Wastewater, a coagulant, and a coagulation supplement are inputted into a coagulation and floatation bath, thereby coagulating organic materials. Ozone necessary for oxidation of the organic materials, which is sucked into a pressurized turbulence reactor(310) through a self-suction inner return pump(220), is mixed with wastewater, which is passed through the coagulation and floatation bath, in the pressurized turbulence reactor. A part of outflow water of the pressingly turbulence reactor is inputted into the coagulation and floatation bath, and another part of the outflow water is internally returned to the pressingly turbulence bath through the self-suction inner return pump. Further, a pressure of the pressurized turbulence reactor is 2-10kg/cm^2.
