The first register unit receives the power-down control signal as a clock signal and performs a read/write operation. The second register unit performs a read/write operation in response to the master clock signal.

Each of the plural preset conditions is related to the color interpolation parameter operation algorithm. The grid noise offset is used as the parameter of the color interpolation parameter operation algorithm corresponding to each condition.
