    • PURPOSE: A uniform cooling method and system for a wire rod coil are provided to lift an upper duct, which is located above a wire rod coil, according to cooling conditions, thereby achieving uniform cooling. CONSTITUTION: A uniform cooling method for a wire rod coil comprises the steps of: setting a cooling condition of a hot-rolled wire rod coil placed on a chain belt conveyor by measuring the height of the wire rod coil(S10,S12), regulating the height of an upper duct in order to change the interval between the top of the wire rod coil and the upper duct(S20), and simultaneously blowing cooling air from the upper and lower sides of the wire rod coil through upper and lower ducts to create vortex of cooling air in the hollow space of the wire rod coil and thereby uniformly cool the wire rod coil(S30).

CONSTITUTION: A strip guide device of an annealing furnace comprises a pair of mineral rolls(12,13) and upper and lower strip guide sealing units(20,50). The mineral rolls are arranged on the top and bottom of an annealing furnace and guide the transfer of strip. The upper and lower strip guide sealing units guides the transfer of strip to the pair of mineral rolls, respectively. The upper strip guide sealing unit comprises first and second idle rollers(21,22), a first belt(24), a first heat dissipation curtain(25), and a first drive cylinder(30). The first belt is connected to the first and second idle rollers and an upper sealing and pressing roller(23) and reciprocated up and down. The first drive cylinder drives the first belt and the first heat dissipation curtain. The lower strip guide sealing unit comprises third and fourth idle rollers(51,52), a second belt(54), a second heat dissipation curtain(55), and a second drive cylinder(40). The second belt is connected to the third and fourth idle rollers and a lower sealing and pressing roller(53) and reciprocated up and down. The second driver cylinder drives the second belt and the second heat dissipation curtain.
