    • PURPOSE: A halogen free multiple sheet with electromagnetic wave absorption and in-plane thermal conduction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to laminate pre-forms which are formed by a calendar processing method and compress and harden the pre-forms by a heating press, thereby easily manipulating the electromagnetic wave absorption and in-plane thermal conduction features of the multiple sheet. CONSTITUTION: An elastomer base resin, in-plane graphite powder, and a hardening agent are inputted into a pressurization distribution mixer(S110). The inputted materials are mixed at 90~120°C by the pressurization distribution mixer to form mixtures for horizontally thermal conduction(S120). The mixtures are formed by a calendar whose surface temperature is between 50 and 80°C to obtain a horizontal thermal conduction sheet pre-form(S130).
    • 目的:提供具有电磁波吸收和面内热传导性的无卤素多层及其制造方法,以层压通过日历处理方法形成的预成型体,并通过加热压机压缩预硬化, 从而容易地操纵多片的电磁波吸收和面内导热特征。 构成:将弹性体基础树脂,面内石墨粉末和硬化剂输入加压分配混合机(S110)。 输入的材料通过加压分配混合器在90〜120℃下混合,形成用于水平导热的混合物(S120)。 混合物由表面温度在50至80℃之间的日历形成,以获得水平导热片预成型(S130)。
