According to the present invention as described above, since a scraping function of the valve is applied, the damage of the valve sheet due to the foreign substances or fixed substances attached to the dome disk is effectively prevented, and thus a life span of the valve sheet can extend, operability (airtightness) of the valve can be stably maintained, and the technology can be easily applied to an existing valve.
