The external speaker(300) supplies and outputs the audio signal from the audio transmitting terminal. The key inputter(304) is equipped on the external speaker phone, and enables of a setup command input of the mode by a user. The cable(200) connects the data receiving terminal and the key input terminal, the audio transmitting terminal and the external speaker phone, and the charging terminal and the external power supplier.
