    • PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to increase side visibility without display error of a vertically aligned LCD while maintaining voltage difference between two sub pixels by using a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal lines is arranged on a liquid crystal display device. A pixel electrode is connected to a plurality of signal lines and includes a first sub-pixel electrode(191a) and a second sub-pixel electrode(191b). A common electrode is opposite to the pixel electrode. A liquid crystal layer is arranged between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. A capacitor is connected between the output terminal of a switching device and a first sub-pixel electrode.

    • A thin film transistor array substrate and an LCD panel including the same are provided to obtain different light transmissivity between pixel electrodes by making the width and interval of two pixel electrodes differently, thereby improving the visibility even when using only one thin film transistor within one pixel. A thin film transistor array substrate(100) comprises a gate line(20) formed on the substrate and a data line(40) which is insulated and intersected from the gate line. A pixel includes the followings: a thin film transistor; the first pixel electrode part(170a) of a micro slit structure which has a plurality of electrode lines(90a,90b) electrically connected with the thin film transistor; the second pixel electrode part(170b) of the micro slit structure which is capacitively coupled with the first pixel electrode part and has a plurality of electrode lines; and the first and second storage electrodes(180, 182) which form the first and second capacitors together with the first and second pixel electrode parts.
