    • A test apparatus for an eddy current tester is provided to perform performance test of the eddy current tester easily and safely, by connecting a connector part to the eddy current tester and then operating a relay part remotely. A connector part(110) includes a plurality of connection ports electrically connected to each pin of a connector of an eddy current tester. A tester part comprises a plus/minus port, and measures and displays resistance between the plus port and the minus port. A switch part(120) includes a number of selection ports connected to the plurality of connection ports of the connector part and a fixing port connected to the plus/minus port of the tester part, and connects the plus/minus port of the tester part to the plurality of connection ports of the connector part selectively.

    • PURPOSE: A giant magneto resistance sensor and a sensing cell array using the same are provided to separate a magneto resistance value varying according to components of a peripheral material and thus to analyze the magneto resistance value quantitatively, using a plurality of magneto resistance sensors having different characteristics each other. CONSTITUTION: A GMR(Giant Magneto Resistance) device(22) is formed with a free magnetic layer(19), a tunnel junction layer(20) and a fixed magnetic layer(21). A magnetic material is formed on an upper part of the free magnetic layer and forms magnetic field according to magnetic coupling with the free magnetic layer. A sense word line(23) is formed on an upper part of a conductive resistor and a sense word line voltage is applied to the sense word line. And a switching device is formed below the conductive resistor and outputs a current sensed in the GMR device to a sense bit line(16). The magneto resistance sensor has different magneto resistance value according to its peripheral material formed in the magnetic field and thus the current being output through the switching device has different values each other.

The magneto resistance sensor has different magneto resistance value according to its peripheral material formed in the magnetic field and thus the current being output through the switching device has different values each other.
