CONSTITUTION: In a method for penetrating the closed pulverized coal injection line in case that a pulverized coal injection line in pulverized coal injection facilities of blast furnace is clogged, the method for penetrating the pulverized coal injection line of the blast furnace comprises the processes of mounting a nitrogen purge pipe(14) equipped with an automatic nitrogen purge valve(12) at the rear end of pulverized coal supply switch valve(10) on each pulverized coal injection line(110) extended from a distribution valve(100), installing a nitrogen backwash pipe(28) with automatic switch valve(26) in front of an injection lance automatic valve(22) adjacent to pulverized coal injection lance(130), and mounting a pressure sensor(30) on the pulverized coal injection line(110); supplying first nitrogen gas of high pressure to the pulverized coal injection lance(130) from the distribution valve(100) by opening the automatic nitrogen purge valve(12) if pulverized coal is clogged in the pulverized coal injection line(110), and pressure is reduced to a set value or less in the pressure sensor(30); and supplying second nitrogen gas of high pressure to the pulverized coal injection lance(130) through the nitrogen backwash pipe(28) in an opposite direction to the distribution valve(100) side so as to penetrate pulverized coal clogged in the pulverized coal injection line(110) if pulverized coal inside the pulverized coal injection line(110) is not penetrated by supply of the first nitrogen gas.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(30) for crushing refractory materials for tuyere of blast furnace comprises first housing(30-13) comprising a screw bit(30-1) comprising a conical shaped head part and a body part which is extended from the rear of the head part, and on which a spiral shaped screw is longitudinally formed, and first gear(30-2) engaged with the body part of the screw bit to operate the screw bit back and forth; and second housing(30-10) comprising second gear(30-4) on which the first housing is rested, and on the upper part of which a hole is formed so that the second gear is engaged with the first gear projected inward through the hole, a driving motor(30-6) for driving the second gear, and a remote frequency receiving plate(30-7) for controlling operation of the driving motor by signals impressed from the outside, wherein the second housing on which the first housing is rested is installed inside the tuyere in the state that the head part of the screw bit faces the inner part of the blast furnace so that the screw bit is rotationally advanced to crush the refractory materials baked in the tuyere as the driving motor is being operated by signals impressed from the outside.

CONSTITUTION: The method for estimating allowable blowing down time in a blast furnace comprises the steps of deducing the change of a temperature inside a blast furnace depending on lapse of time after stopping of air blowing by measuring the temperature inside the blast furnace in a certain time interval using a tuyere probe after blowing down (S1,S2); calculating a distance from the tuyere to molten material in the blast furnace during blowing down period (S3); calculating the surface temperature of the molten material according to the lapse of time after blowing down using the temperature change inside the furnace (S4); and estimating the time that is taken to reach to a temperature in which the molten material starts to be hardened from the change of the surface temperature of molten material as an allowable blowing down time (S5).

    • PURPOSE: A method for activating core of blast furnace is achieved by providing air inside a cokes layer of the core after resting period of blast furnace and before re-blowing air into tuyere. CONSTITUTION: A method for activating core of blast furnace is performed by using a blast furnace with specific structure comprising a pipe communicated with an exterior air supplying part through a tuyere. The pipe is passed through a surface of the cokes in the core to provide air inside the cokes layer. The pipe is at least 1500mm in length and 40mm or more in diameter. Also, the pipe has multiple through holes having about 10-20mm in diameter at 30-50% of area apart from its front end. By this structure, air is provided inside the cokes layer after resting period of the furnace and before re-blowing air into the tuyere.
