    • PURPOSE: A water pump combined retarder system is provided to reduce a cooling water pipe lines by mounting a retarder to an engine part by incorporating water pump for circulating the cooling water of the engine into the retarder. CONSTITUTION: A water pump combined retarder system includes a retarder(6). The retarder has a torque converter(10), a reservoir(11), and a water pump(5). The torque converter has a retarder(6) coupled with a crank shaft(C) of an engine. The reservoir stores cooling water(W) to reduce the rotation force of the crank shaft by the resistance of the cooling water, wherein the cooling water is filled in the torque converter. The water pump supplies the cooling water to the reservoir and circulates the cooling water to a radiator while cooling the heat generated by the operation of the crank shaft.

    • PURPOSE: A structure of a radiator for improving durability is provided to improve durability of the radiator, extend life of the radiator and improve cooling performance by forming a reinforcing groove on a center of a side member in longitudinal direction, interposing a rubber on a coupling part of the side member and a lower tank to absorb vibration, and inserting a clip with C-shaped supporting pieces protruded on both ends of a body thereof to radiating tubes in a first row and a second row to prevent bending of the radiating tubes. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing groove is concavely formed on a center of a side member. A rubber is interposed between a coupling piece of the side member and a lower tank coupled by bolts to absorb vibration. A reinforcing ring is inserted to an end of the bolt to reinforce coupling with a nut. A clip(20) has a rectangular body(21), and C-shaped supporting pieces formed on an upper side and a lower side of the body and protruded down to be inserted to upper sides of radiating tubes(3), and is inserted to the radiating tubes to improve durability of the radiating tubes.

    • PURPOSE: A high/low temperature water-cooled cooling system is provided to reduce heat energy loss due to over-cooling. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system includes a radiator; a charge air cooler(CAC); An oil cooler(O/C); a water pump(5); and a thermostat(7). The radiator comprises a high temperature part radiator(2) and a low temperature part radiator(1) integrated. The high temperature part radiator make coolant flowing in from an engine(6) exchange heat with outside air to cool down. The low temperature part radiator takes in a part of coolant, cooled down in the high temperature part radiator and discharged, from the water pump to make exchange heat with outside air again and discharges again. The CAC(3) takes in coolant from the low temperature part radiator to make exchange heat with supercharged air supplied to a combustion chamber of the engine to cool down the supercharged air. The O/C(4) takes in coolant discharged from the CAC to make exchange heat with oil circulating in an oil circulation circuit. The water pump pumps coolant discharged from the high temperature part radiator and the O/C to forcibly deliver to a water jacket of the engine. The thermostat guides coolant discharged from the engine to the high temperature part radiator if temperature of the coolant is over standard temperature and makes the coolant passed to the water pump if the temperature of the coolant is under the standard temperature.

    • PURPOSE: A radiator of vehicle installed an electrical pre-heater for preventing a freezing is provided to normally starting by preventing a freezing and a congelation of cooling water with a convection current according to a pre-heating by inserting a plug in a power of house. CONSTITUTION: An insulating pipe(40) is installed to fix by inserting in a caliber of second hose(34) and a connecting port(64) and a heater(62) are protruded in a heating slot(42) of insulating pipe(40). A contacting piece(50) is penetrated in the second hose(34) and the insulating pipe(40). The contacting pipe(50) is flowed a current because the pipe is connected with the connecting port(64). To prevent a freezing and a congelation of cooling water when a vehicle is parked for a long time in winter or in the coldest season, a plug(74) of electric cord(70) is inserted in an outlet installed in a house. The current is flowed into a jack(72) through the plug(74) and the electric cord(70), and the heater(62) is generated a heat through the connecting port(64) therein by inserting the jack(72) in the contacting piece(50). The cooling water flowed into the second hose(34) is risen a temperature by the generating operation of heater(62) and the coolant risen the temperature is prevented the freezing and the congelation by a convection current.
