    • 본 발명은 견운모를 1000매쉬로 분쇄한 분말 700g 비율로 가성소오다용액 2리터를 반응조에 넣고 서서히 교반하면서 반응조 온도를 100℃ 로 유지시키면서 회전속도를 60RPM으로 하여 1시간정도 교반 가열한 후, 황산반도용액을 상기 반응조에 서서히 첨가시켜 견운모조성물이 pH7 되도록 30분 정도 교반한 후, 볼밀기기에 투입하여 볼밀의 회전속도를 240RPM으로 하여 24시간 갈아 분쇄 한 다음 침전공정에 상기 견운모조성물을 넣고 24시간 침전시킨 다음, 여액을 2마크로메타 이하의 여과장치에서 여과시켜 원적외선 용액을 제조한 후에, 전기 분해기기의 전해조에 은을 전기분해 하여 은나노 용액을 제조하기 위해서 상기 원적외선 용액 5000g에 35% 과산화수소 500㎖ 과 천일염 5g을 상기 용액에 용해하여 전기분해기기의 전해조에 넣고 전기분해기기의 + -극에 은봉직경 1cm 길이 20cm 정도의 은봉을 연결시켜 + -극의 간격을 5cm정도로 고정시킨 후, 전기분해기의 전류를 3볼트 13암페아로 고정시켜 전기분해를 10시간 하여 은을 상기 원적외선 미립자 용액에 용출시켜 은나노 원적외선 조성물 용액을 제조 한 다음, 상기 은나노 원적외선 조성물 용액과 원적외선 용액을 이용하여 제조된 기능성수지 조성물의 제조방법과 그를 이용한 기능성섬유 및 기능성 필름제조방법에 관한 것이다.

    • The purpose of the present invention is to solve vulnerability to discoloration when leaving conventional chlorine-resistant spandex fiber using an inorganic anti-chlorine agent in the air, and to solve a phenomenon of a chlorine-resistant effect shown in a short period of time or temporarily and the problem of losing the inherent characteristics of spandex fiber. The present invention provides spandex fiber having excellent chlorine resistance and discoloration resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. The spandex fiber having excellent chlorine resistance and discoloration resistance is manufactured by: adding and mixing an organic additive in a slurry of a polyurethane solution to make a spinning dope solution; deaerating the spinning dope solution; and dry spinning spandex fiber and winding the same. The organic additive is added in the manufacture of common chlorine-resistant spandex fiber to improve chlorine resistance, comprising: at least one compound among a symmetrically di-hindered hydroxyphenyl-based compound and a mono-hindered hydroxyphenyl-based compound; an additive including a di-semicarbazide-based compound having heat resistance and a radical scavenger function; and an urethane-based additive including a tertiary butyl group performing the function of a secondary antioxidant.

    • The present invention relates to nonwoven fabric used as agricultural nonwoven, which has adequate softness and durability required as an agricultural sheet capable of preventing growth and development of weeds by covering soil of farmland on which crop are planted, and which uses specific material for manufacturing so as to be economically manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the same. The agricultural fabric nonwoven having enhanced softness and durability of the present invention is characterized by forming elongate fibers in a single layer or multiple layers combined through thermocompression bonding according to non-emossing or an embossing pattern by radiating polytrimethylene terephthalate having 0.8-1.2 of viscosity alone or radiating after mixing with PPT and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having 0.6-0.8 of viscosity. The agricultural fabric nonwoven having enhanced softness and durability and the method for manufacturing the same according to the present invention use polytrimethylene terephthalate as main material, and thereby, solving the existing problems such that the present invention is a useful invention capable of more economically manufacturing nonwoven fabric suitable for agriculture wherein the fabric has adequate softness and durability required as an agricultural sheet.
