CONSTITUTION: A producing method of molded coal using carboniferous dust coal comprises the following steps: dissolving 10~60g of potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, or their compound to 1L of water to obtain a harder solution; mixing 1kg of humic acid with the harder solution, and roasting at 120deg C to obtain humic acid impregnated by a hardener; and mixing 1kg of carboniferous dust coal with 1~6wt% of humic acid impregnated by the hardener, and 1~6wt% of carboxy methyl cellulose, and compress molding.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pellet fuel for roasting meat using rice straw comprises the following steps: mixing corn starch 4-7 weight% or corn 10-15 weight% with the pulverized rice straw or the pulverized barley straw 93-96 weight%; maintaining a temperature of about 60-65°C with a moisture content of about 12-15% by steam supply; compression molding a mixture to the pellet. A pressure molding is performed at a temperature of 75-85°C. The pellet formed with a hardness of 15kg/cm^2 or more.

    • A manufacturing method of solid fuel using waste is provided to produce the solid fuel which is used for home or industry usefully by mixing food garbage generated by livestock excretions and life waste with timber or saw dust.     • A solid fuel composition is provided to prevent ash from flying by allowing the solid fuel composition to maintain its intrinsic shape during the combustion or after the combustion. A solid fuel composition is prepared by molding a mixture of a charcoal powder and a binder. Lignosulfonate is used as the binder. The solid fuel composition is prepared by mixing 88 to 90% by weight of the charcoal powder with 10 to 12% by weight of lignosulfonate as the binder and molding the mixture. The solid fuel composition prepared by using lignosulfonate as the binder prevents the combustion stop of the charcoal powder caused by the interception of oxygen supply due to the accumulation of ash. The lignosulfonate is harmless to the human body since it is an organic matter such as a gelatinized starch. Sodium nitrate(NaNO3) as an ignition agent is used instead of a predetermined amount of the charcoal powder to relieve explosiveness.

    • A method for preparing an environmental friendly solid fuel using chaff is provided to remove displeasure due to smell and smoke and improve the taste of meat by generating far-infrared rays and anions from mineral components of chaff contained in the coal when using the solid fuel as a coal for roasting. A method for preparing an environmental friendly solid fuel using chaff comprises the processes of: storing chaff, soluble starch, sodium hydroxide, starch syrup, glycerine and germanium powder in respective hoppers(1,11,12,13,21,22); collapsing structure of the chaff by expanding the chaff after compressing the chaff at a pressure of about 200 to 300 kps while heating the chaff to a temperature of 180 to 200 deg.C by a burner(4) in a heater(2); crushing the chaff to a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 100 to 200 mesh; supplying the crushed chaff to a continuous carbonizing apparatus(6) to carbonize the chaff through the indirect combustion at a temperature of 700 to 900 deg.C for 10 to 12 hours; transferring the carbonized chaff to a cooler(7) to cool the chaff by spraying steam or water; transferring the cooled chaff to a second crusher(8), crushing the chaff into fine particles, and temporarily storing the chaff in a fine particle state into a hopper(9); mixing 65 to 75 wt.% of water with 20 to 30 wt.% of the soluble starch, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of the sodium hydroxide, and 3.5 to 4.5 wt.% of the starch syrup in a first mixer(14), and temporarily storing an adhesive material in a hopper(15); mixing 85 to 90 wt.% of the chaff, 8 to 13 wt.% of the adhesive material, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of the glycerine, and 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of the germanium powder in a second mixer(23) to prepare a semi-finished product; molding the semi-finished product into a solid fuel in the form of a circular or polygonal porous cylinder by a molding machine(24); and drying the molded solid fuel in a drying furnace(25) by hot air with a temperature of about 200 to 300 deg.C, and slowly cooling the dried solid fuel to a room temperature to complete the solid fuel.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a molded coal is provided which has low damage rate and is easy to deal with by molding it using a macromolecule emulsion resin solution without a heating process. CONSTITUTION: The molded coal is prepared by preparing a macromolecule emulsion resin solution with a glass transition temperature of -20 to 40°C by the emulsion polymerization; adding 2-20 parts by weight of the macromolecule emulsion resin solution to 100 parts by weigh of finely small coal; and press-molding it. In the emulsion polymerization, the dispersion concentration of the macromolecule is 5-60 wt% based on the weight of water. The macromolecule resin is preferably one or more resins selected from styrene, butadiene, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, asphalt, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride, acrylate, metacrylate and copolymers thereof. The size of the finely small coal is preferably less than about 8 mm, more preferably less than about 3.5 mm.
