    • PURPOSE: Provided are repair and restoration, and thin overlay traffic topping materials for concrete construction which are excellent in adhesion and tensile strength, impact resistance, durability, chemical resistance and workability. The thin overlay traffic topping method reduces construction cost and prevents fall-off of traffic toppings by using key-way. CONSTITUTION: The adhesion primer comprises 6.6pts.wt. of concentrated mixture powder containing portland cement, mineral filler, water evaporation preventer, surfactant, dried polymer, glass fiber, etc., 40pts.wt. of silica, 40pts.wt. of cement, and 19pts.wt. of water. The thin overlay traffic topping materials comprise 16pts.wt. of concentrated mixture powder with the same composition as the above, 120pts.wt. of silica, 80pts.wt. of cement and 29ptw.st. of water. The thin overlay traffic topping method is as follows: washing a damaged surface to be repaired part on a concrete construction(10) with high pressure(300kg/cm¬2) washer to remove laitance and impurities or grooving a damaged surface to be repaired part in 50mm width and 25mm depth to form a key-way(40); coating the part with primer; plastering the coated part with traffic toppings(30); and curing.

    • PURPOSE: A pavement material is provided to pave without equalizing the lower ground layer as the unpaved foundation, to recover even if deformation or a groove is generated on the surface of the pavement material, to have proper elasticity and to give mechanic intensity capable of enduring the passage of a large vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An elastic pavement material(1) forms a lower ground layer(3) on an unpaved base(2) and forms an elastic compound layer(4) mixed with Portland cement on the lower ground layer with a synthetic resin combination material and aggregate as a main subject. Moisture is removed by evaporating moisture contained in the elastic compound layer or hydrating the Portland cement with water. The elongation rate of the elastic compound layer is set up from 3 to 400%, more desirably from 10 to 300% by combining the aggregate with the synthetic resin combination material. The thickness is set up within 5 and 50mm range.

    • PURPOSE: A concrete brick is provided to remarkably decrease the weight of a brick by manufacturing a brick using ingot which is made by melting the waste styrofoam, and to promote the thermal insulating effectiveness. CONSTITUTION: The concrete brick is manufactured by: mixing usual aggregate with the waste styrofoam reproduced aggregate which having its particle sized to be modulated according to the standard of aggregate about concrete bricks by pulverizing and processing the waster styrofoam ingot using a crusher; mixing cement to have 1:7 of ratio of the waste styrofoam to the reproduced aggregate; pressurizing using a vibrating press. Therefore, the concrete brick using the waste styrofoam reproduced aggregate meets the standard of KS F 4004, and particularly having 1120-2100 kg/m¬3 of unit volume weight, 93-320 kg/cm¬2 of compressing strength; 6.2-11.7 % of absorption rate, and 0.28-1.35 kcal/mh°C of heat conduction rate.

    • The method produces a high quality coloured and patterned porous concrete panels used for a pedestrian block, a parking block or a step. The method uses the concrete whose weight per unit cubic meter is 259-450 kg/m3, and the aggregate whose grains pass 100% through a mesh of 19 mm, 95-100% through a mesh of 13 mm, 0-30% through a mesh of 5 mm, 3% through a mesh of 0.074 mm, and void ratio is more than 12%. The method comprises steps of mixing plasticizer, acrylic resin, polypropylene, and pigment with the concrete and the aggregate; pouring the mixture in a form; finishing the back surface of the panel by vibrating and pressing the form; hardening the form under hot steam; drying the panel; spraying epoxy on the surface of the panel.
