    • PURPOSE: A portable device for grinding the edges of both sides of a workpiece is provided to simultaneously and automatically grind both sides of the workpiece and prevent the grinding quality difference between operators. CONSTITUTION: A portable device for grinding the edges of both sides of a workpiece comprises wheels(10), both sides' edge grinding tool(20), a permanent magnet(30), a travel guide(40) and an operation lever(60). The wheels are installed in a state biased by a given angle in the traveling direction of a body. When placed on the edge of the workpiece, both sides' edge grinding tool moves according to the traveling of the wheels while automatically grinding the surface of the workpiece. The permanent magnet provides a magnetic force for the body to travel on a working surface. The travel guide prevents the rotation of the body when both sides edge grinding tool performs grinding operation. The operation lever controls the drive of both sides' edge processing tool and the wheels.

    • PURPOSE: A grinder wheel connecting apparatus is provided to transmit power immediately when fixed and to minimize vibration of a grinder wheel. CONSTITUTION: A grinder wheel connecting apparatus comprises a plurality of fixing grooves(10) which are formed on both sides of a grinder wheel shaft for separation prevention and power transmission, and a fastening unit(20). The fastening unit comprises a fixing member(25) with a threaded section(21) and accommodating holes(22), a holding member(28), and a fixing nut(29). The fixing member in which the grinder wheel shaft is inserted is connected to a spindle on one side and has the threaded section on the outer surface of the other side. Fixing balls(B) are accommodated in the accommodating holes to be inserted to or separated from the fixing grooves. The holding member is moved by a spring(S) fitted to the exterior of the fixing member, and has a protrusion on the inner surface thereof to press and hold the fixing balls. The fixing nut is inserted to one side of the holding member and coupled with the threaded section of the fixing member to keep the holding member from separating.

    • 본 발명은 에어공구의 회전장치를 경량화하기 위하여 슬림형 터빈을 장착하여 소형으로 제작되면서도 터빈은 초음속의 유동에서 작동하므로 높은 출력을 얻으며, 작동 시에는 진동이 없이 동작되도록 하기 위한 에어공구용 회전장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 공기 압력을 이용하여 작동하는 공압 그라인더 내지는 공압 드릴과 같은 에어공구의 회전장치를 기존의 대형-진동형-저출력에서 소형-저진동형-고출력으로 변경한 에어공구용 회전장치에 관한 것으로써 슬림형 초음속터빈과 노즐로 구성된 회전장치에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명의 구조는 고압공기 공급통로를 갖춘 손잡이 홀더(55)와 공급된 고압공기를 이용하여 그라인더와 같은 공구를 회전하게 하는 회전장치로 구성되는데, 상기 회전장치의 외측 부분을 구성하는 하우징(51)에 회전축(40)을 설치하고, 이 회전축(40)의 하단에 동익블록(49)과 정익블록(50)을 설치하고, 정익블록(50)의 주위에는 노즐블록(63)이 설치되어지며, 이 노즐블록(63)에 분사노즐(53)이 방사형으로 설치되고, 공압콘넥트(57)로부터 공급된 공압의 공기가 분사노즐(53)에서 분사되어져 동익을 회전하게 하고, 정익은 동익의 출력을 향상하기 위하여 동익이 2단으로도 작동이 가능하도록 공기의 유로를 조정하는 역할을 수행하며, 동익 1단(60)은 초음속에서 작동하도록 하여 고출력을 얻도록 구성되며, 팽창된 고압의 공기에서 더 많은 출력을 얻기 위하여 2단 동익(61)은 아음속 터빈익형을 제작되며, 특히 방사형으로 노즐이 분사되도록 하여 동익의 높이가 6mm 정도면 충분한 작동이 되도 록한 슬림형 터빈이 설치되며, 분사된 공기로부터 회전력을 얻게 되면, 동익과 연결된 그라인더(46)가 회전하게 되어 원하는 가공이 가능하도록 구성되었으며, 동익블록과 정익블록은 다이 캐스팅으로 제작이 가능한 형상과 구조로 이루어졌으며, 경량이면서도 저진동과 고출력을 달성한 형상으로 구성되어져 있다.

    • A floor grinding device is provided to permit dust to be sucked smoothly into a dust collector from a dust collecting cover by introducing outdoor air into the dust collecting cover when indoor air is sucked by the dust collector. A floor grinding device includes a main body(10), a dust collecting cover(20), a dust collector(40), a grinder(30), a suction unit, an anti-scatter cap(50), and an elastic support unit(60). The main body is equipped with a motor. The dust collecting cover includes a disk(21) having an opening formed along a circumference thereof, a cylindrical portion(23) formed beneath the disk and has a circumference contacting an inner surface of the anti-scatter cap, a joint portion(24) formed on a center of the disk and jointed to the main body, and a suction pipe(25) arranged at one side of the disk and connected to the dust collector so as to suck air from the cylindrical portion into the dust collector. The dust collector is connected to the dust collecting cover. The grinder is arranged within the dust collecting cover, and connected to the motor so as to grind a floor. The suction unit is mounted on the disk arranged between cutter blades(33), and has suction holes having angles of 45 to 60 degrees relatively to a vertical line so as to suck air from the periphery of the cutter blade onto the disk during rotation of the grinder. The anti-scatter cap is arranged along the circumference of the dust collecting cover, and has a flat bottom surface contacting the floor such that dust in the dust collecting cover from being scattered. The elastic support unit includes a threaded shaft(61) having a top positioned within the opening of the dust collecting cover and a bottom screwed into the anti-scatter cap, a nut(64) tightened onto the shaft, and a coil spring(65) arranged along a circumference of the threaded shaft, and has both ends supported at the dust collecting cover and the anti-scatter cap so as to support the anti-scatter cap.
