摘要： 본 고안은 진공청소기의 흡입체에 관한 것으로, 자세하게는 진공청소기의 흡입력을 이용하여 팬을 회전시키고 상기 팬의 회전력을 직선 왕복운동으로 전환하고 상기 왕복운동을 브러시에 전달하여 상기의 브러시가 일정 구간 내에서 진동을 하는 진공청소기의 흡입체에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 의하면 진공청소기의 흡입력에 의해 팬을 회전시키고 상기의 팬의 회전력을 직선 왕복운동으로 변환하여 평면 브러시가 직선 왕복운동에 의해 바닥의 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 것으로, 회전운동을 직선 왕복운동으로 전환함에 있어 벨트 대신에 구동축을 사용하여 종래 벨트의 사용에서 오는 벨트의 이탈 및 느슨해지는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
또한 본 고안의 브러시 케이스에 평면 브러시 혹은 걸레를 삽설하여 브러시 작동에 의한 이물질 제거를 할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional vibration type suction port of a vacuum cleaner includes: an upper cover(510); a base plate(520) having a shape corresponding to the upper cover, fixed to the lower portion of the upper cover; a vibration plate(530) assembled to the lower portion of the base plate to be movable vertically and horizontally; and a couple of wheels(540) connected to the rear of the upper cover and the base plate to slide the suction port on the bottom surface. When the vacuum cleaner is powered on, the suction force therefrom is transferred to the suction port through an elongated pipe. Thereby, air and dust is sucked by a through hole(521) of the base plate. A part of the sucked air flows through the front opening of a fan guide(522), rotates a fan(524) and flows toward a suction nozzle through the rear opening of the fan guide. The other air flows directly to the suction nozzle through the outside of the fan guide. When a door(514) of the upper cover is opened, air is sucked sequentially to a through hole(512) of the upper cover and a vent hole of a fan cover(523). The rotational force of the fan is raised up. When the fan is rotated in one direction, a cam(550) connected to a rotatable shaft of the fan is driven integrally. Therefore, the vibration plate is vibrated in three dimensions.

The duster(101) on the bottom of the base plate(110) also vibrates, cleaning a floor. The duster is attached and detached with a Velcro tape(102). A user adjusts vibration of the base plate(110) by using of the air flow controlling part(150). Therefore, the vacuum cleaner efficiently gets rid of not only dust in the air but also dirt on the floor with the air flow controlling part(150).
