    • PURPOSE: A data transmitting method based on machine type group-based tunneling and a mobile communication system using the same are provided to reduce the loads of a system by efficiently implementing signaling processes. CONSTITUTION: A machine type communication(MTC) device in a MTC group transmits a connection request to a network. A mobile managing unit(220) transmits a session generation requesting message including MTC group identification(ID) and transmits an initial context setting requesting message including the MTC group ID to a base station. If the connection request form the MTC device is an initial connection request form the MTC group, the mobile managing unit transmits a bearer modification requesting message to a gateway.

    • PURPOSE: A method for controlling a session in a diameter-based mobile Internet protocol network is provided to use session information including a session ID(IDentication) as an indicator of a diameter session and a session state of a subscriber for processing a message stably and process a request for setting and canceling the session according to an address request type of a visitor subscriber/a home subscriber. CONSTITUTION: When starting, a diameter server initializes session information and stores each session state as an idle state(301). After the initialization of the session information, a socket is produced for exchanging information with connected opponents' nodes(302). Thereafter, information on agents connected to the diameter server is collected(303). After waiting messages transmitted from opponent system information, kinds of messages capable of being received by the diameter server are discriminated(304). According to kinds of messages which can be received, diameter messages, AMR(AA-Mobile-Node-Request) message, AMA(AA-Mobile-Node-Answer) message, HAR(Home-Agent-MIP-Request) message, HAR(Home-Agent-MIP-Request) message, HAA(Home-Agent-MIP-Answer) message, STR(Session-Termination-Request) message, STA(Session-Termination-Answer) message, and STI(Session-Termination-Ind) message for applying a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) are processed respectively(305-311).
