    • Disclosed is a driver condition-based control method capable of recognizing a health condition of a driver and safely controlling a vehicle in case of emergency. The control method includes a step of determining whether a driver is registered driver or not based on a comparison between the collected biometric data of the driver and pre-recorded biometric data; a step of determining whether the health condition of the registered driver is changed or not based on the comparison between the collected biometric of the driver and the pre-recorded biometric data; and a step of providing information of a change in the health condition if it is determined that the health condition of the registered driver is changed. Therefore, the present invention can prevent vehicle accidents by safely controlling vehicles in case of an unexpected change in the health condition of the driver and enables prompt rescue.

    • PURPOSE: A method for forming micro patterns of a neuronal signal measurement chip is provided to form the micro pattern with a desired shape and size without using a photo initiator, by forming the micro patterns of the neuronal signal measurement chip by using a photo cross linking polymer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate (10) is prepared, and surface treatment is performed with 70W plasma under Ar/N2 atmosphere for 10 minutes to form OH functional group. A bio-affinity polymer (12) of 50% is diluted to 2% density with ethanol, and the substrate where the OH functional group is formed is put into the diluted solution for 12 hours at room temperature for chemical bonding. The substrate which is chemically bonded to the bio-affinity polymer is cleaned with ethanol and is thermally-treated at 120°C for 10 minutes and then is cleaned with ultrasonic waves for 5 minutes to remove the bio-affinity polymer not bonded to the surface of the substrate. The cleaned substrate is cleaned with ethanol again and is dried with nitrogen.

    • PURPOSE: An image quality improving device applying the sensitivity of a user and an image quality improving method thereof are provided to perform sensitivity evaluation to an input image and to adjust the quality of the image according to sensitivity factors calculated by applying a sensitivity evaluation result. CONSTITUTION: A sensitivity calculating unit(100) calculates sensitivity factors of a user about the quality of an image(1) and transmits the sensitivity factors to a physical property controller(200). The physical property controller controls a physical property of the image by applying the sensitivity factors to provide optimal quality to which the sensitivity of the user is applied. A database(300) stores the image and the sensitivity factors inputted from the sensitivity calculating unit.
