    • PURPOSE: A combustible waste gasification system is provided to reduce installation and management cost by processing the dust is generated in the air elutriator without the installation of the dust collector. CONSTITUTION: A combustible waste gasification system comprises a pretreatment equipment, a pyrolysis device(20), a combustion device(30), and a dust recover unit(90). The wind power sorter of the pretreatment equipment divides the combustible waste according to the specific gravity by using the wind force. The pyrolysis device comprises a pyrolyzing chamber and a heating chamber. The pyrolyzing chamber thermally decomposes the combustible waste processed with pretreatment equipment. The heating chamber heats the pyrolyzing chamber. The combustion device burns the combustible gas which is generated in the pyrolysis of the combustible waste. The dust recover unit collects the dust which is generated in the selection of waste and supplies the dust to the combustion device.

    • PURPOSE: A method for transforming combustible wastes into energy fuel and a gasification apparatus of the combustible wastes are provided to efficiently utilize the combustible wastes as the fuel of generating energy, to reduce energy cost for the pyrolysis of the combustible wastes, and to maximize energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for transforming combustible wastes into energy fuel comprises the following steps: a step(S100) of sorting the combustible wastes; a gasification step(S200) of synthesizing pyrolysis synthetic gas by thermally decomposing the combustible wastes using an indirect heating method; and a step(S300) of refining the pyrolysis synthetic gas. The pyrolysis synthetic gas comprises hydrogen(H_2) 20 ~ 30 volume %, carbon monoxide(CO) 25 ~ 40 volume %, and methane(CH_4) 5 ~ 10 volume %.
